These pictures were taken during my recent trip to both Ling Sen Tong and Sam Poh Tong Cave Temple in Perak. Sam Poh Tong cave temple is one of the most beautiful temple in Perak.

Sam Poh Tong temple is an impressive work of art and faith, with various statues of Buddha among natural stalactites and stalagmites. There is also a pond where visitors can feed tortoise, (symbol of longevity) with stalks of vegetables and a wishing well for those seeking better fortunes.

China and India in the early Tang period.

Must have been a lovely trip! I'm jealous.

On the pics... they don't seem overly special to me... nice "holiday snaps" (what am I, English?) to remember your trip by, but not quite something to move the viewer. A couple of them seemed to have a bit more potential... most notably 3, but that power line killlllllls it... maybe clone that out and you have a keeper.

Try to think in terms of what you are trying to convey... most of these say to me "Look at this neat thing I saw on vacation!" There isn't a lot of emotion to the lighting, the framing, the point of view, etc. Try to mix up those things in a way that captures how you felt when you were there at the time... bring the viewer into the story.

By the way, that watermark is really distracting... I almost skipped the post because of it.

Thanks for sharing! Neat to see images from afar!
