hey guys, i have just been given a project to do, and i was thinking of doing CCTV style photos. but i was just wandering, what tyype of filters would i need for this. i have a CCTV still below, and this is the type of quality i want in all my photos. how could i achieve this "effect"? thanks guys

I guess you would want to make the images middle-grey, so that they are not exposed very well, and low-quality, and probably grainy or noisy. Also slightly out of focus, or at least not very sharp focus. You'd want to use a small aperture since CCTVs are probably made to be able to capture a wide DOF, so you'd want them to have a wide DOF. Maybe to get a soft focus you could get a clear filter (like a UV filter) and smear a thin layer of something like petroleum jelly on it. These are just some tips that I could think of.
