I had a customer tell me most photographers poses on a CD are over 700kb?
Is this true???? I don't even know how they would get it all on a disc? This is per image.

with a sharp jpg with a lot of detail and over 10MP you will easily get 700KB per image is my guess.

ok, I thought you meant your have less than 700!

you can always have more!! ;)

depends on your compression, and vastly to the level of noise. some noise can really push the file size up. and little compression will do the same!

images with lots of leaves and other fine structure, also for me are around 3-4 MB (13MP images that is).

I guess the key in your case is a difference in resolution, and jpg compression
