    Great shot, I think the one bud in focus adds a lot, ties the background in, with that and the blue sky you get that whole beutifull Spring day feeling along with a very sharp capture of the bird.

    wow, great capture
    what a gorgeous bird
    i also like the bud in focus
    i dunno if it's just me or if the birds head looks a little unsharp?
    otherwise, incredible :)

    Thanks for the replies!

    woojiebear I softened his head with a surface blur, now that you mention I think I might fade it slighty towards the top. To me that looks like the most blurred spot?
