Cheap "battle" tripod

Hello,
I would like to buy a cheap "battle" tripod to carry in places where it could be damaged or stolen. I would use a relatively light camera a Canon PowerShot SX60 HS without additional lenses
I already have bags to add some weight to keep the tripod a bit stabler
I am interested in this one:

Do you think it's better to buy a cheap one for about 60 or 70 euros (70 or 80 USD) or perhaps it's better to buy used for the same price?

I've seen those here sold under a different name; they appear like a surprisingly good tripod for the money. That said, you can probably save even more by buying used.

I also found this one by Amazon basics. I am curious about it because it can be extended up to 1.52 cm more or less like the other tripod I linked in the beginning, but it is half price and it includes a bag
Is there a quality difference between the two I can't notice?

Also, another question. The two tripods Amazon basics and Weifeng are about 1.52 m that is 5 feet more or less. While I am about 1.85 or 6 feet. Are the tripods big enough or it would be better to get a bigger one? Though on the other hand a bigger one would be less portable
