Cheap video cam/fish eye setup?

Hey guys, new to the forum! Im having my mom purchase me a rebel XT kit for Xmas and am also buying a cheap ~2-300 dollar video cam and fish eye lens.
I want best possible quality [I realise most are single 1/6cdd's] I can, and want a cheap 50 dollar or so fish eye for it. This will mostly be for skateboarding, and I would prefer the camera be miniDV of course.
I was looking at the zr350's and such i think it was on newegg, but the egg does not carry cheap fish eyes..=(
Can anyone reccomend a vid cam and fisheye <300 for me?

P.S.-I realize this is a 'photo' forum but its the closest place I could find for help!

I cant help you with your video camera, but we do have a chat function at the top of the page, although it isnt voice chat.
