    cool huh? i saw it today when i was working in one of our beds in our front yard. It definitely surprised me.

    In the first shot it looks like the bug is sleeping. Nice images.

    Good one, what kind of bug is it, the colors are wierd? A hornet?

    i dont know what the bug is...when i saw it i thought it was a dirt dauber because they have blue-black or purplish wings too, but their bodies are usually black or purple. I've never seen one with blue wings before, so i took a picture of it.

    It does seem like it was sleeping, doesnt it? It was sitting there for like half an hour. I know it was alive too, because it moved.
