never noticed that before - then again I have never done that to a chicken before...

oh and the peck in the eye - my mother had that happen once - chicken climbed up her arm and sat on her shoulder - she turned he head and it did the same - eye and beak met.
Thankfully it was a very light bump and there was no damage
