One of my many childhood memories: a kiddy ride machine.

Insert a coin (used to be 20 cents but now has inflated to 50..), and the carriage will start rocking you.

Nowadays, guess few kids could be bothered with these playthings of the past. Pretty much explains the dilapidated and run-down state that it is in.

Too bad I'm too big to fit inside now. Otherwise, I might just give it another go. :)

Cool shot. I used to LOVE the helicopter ones as a kid. You could make it go up and down. Oh the excitement! Brings back memories seeing that shot!

I always liked the horse (our Wal Mart still has one) and of course, the merry go round ... three little horsies!

I used to get all owl-eyed when we'd walk in and my mom would tell me if I behaved through the store ... I'd get a dime after to ride. My grandfather, on the other hand, told my grandmother to go on and shop ... we'd be along later ... ten dimes later!

Thanks for the blast from the past!
