Choosing a domain

I've come to wonder how I would chose a domain name if I should buy one for myself at a later date. I have a middle name but wouldn't a middle name just make the domain name to long and harder to remember? Should I buy without a middle name or should I buy both with and without?

My suggestion, is get something...thats you know.... a play on words.

For example...falcon eye...a Falcon has great eye sight. My other net alias is Falcon, and Eye can represent lens.

Like the name true colours for printing...just make up loads of names in your head.

My current name is Aleksander Helgaker (I'm Norwegian, it's a Norwegian name). My mother's maiden name was Reay and so I've decided to get Reay as a middle name (all the forms have been filled in, it's just a matter of sending them off in the post). So once that is done my name will be Aleksander Reay Helgaker.

The reason I want to do this is that I want my mothers side of the family to be in my name as well as my fathers. I guess I could get both

but with the second name it does look complicated.
