Hot Springs AR does this every year. They decorate downtown with a whole bunch of christmas lights...

just a friendly suggestion... play with the custom white balance setting. you would get less orange.
example: MobileMe
Housing tracks are full of disgusting orange street lamps...but adjusting the WB made it look more natural.

*and yes these arent the sharpest images i shot them hand held with my crummy 18-105 at f5 at 1/16
