    Where are the people?
I don't see anyone walk by...
What were they supposed to walk by?

Nice photo of the Citiy hall, despite the distortion given by the wide angle. The sky is good. Very much "my" sky ... with few exceptions it has been like this over here for months! (Is exactly like this today once more  ) We see a lot of detail in the walls but I kind of miss the bottom just a bit.

Altho, this is a nice bldg, it seems underexposed and flat.
The wide angle distortion effect doesn't work to much advantage here.
If you retake this I would include the base of the building.

    Consider adjusting the distortion some.
