City lights in the distance

    I took this photo back in May as I was experimenting with long exposures and night photography. This was taken after dark with a 10 sec exposure (to blame for the noise). Only post production I did was desaturate the original and add a border. I like how the river leads into the town, what you're seeing is the Restigouche river that separates New Brunswick from Quebec, the town is Campbellton on the New Brunswick side :)

    It was a clear night, notice there's no stars in the sky... weird uh?

    It lends a nice effect that there were no stars, i guess it was cloudy.
