I'm sorry, but to me it looks like a regular photos that lacks contrast.
I kinda like what the HDR processing did for the building, but I think the problem here is your darkest exposure may not have been dark enough.
Well that's definitely England, isn't it? We have absolutely nothing like that here in the States.
The photo itself is great but something seems a bit off with the processing, leaving the image a little washed out. (You might also consider resubmitting the image at a larger size (e.g. 800 to 1024 pixels wide) since it appears very small on my screen and I know a number of people have similar-sized sreens.)
