Random... but instead of trying to Google this I figured I would ask here. Any recommendations for night photography in Cleveland, Ohio? Are there any special areas to go that produce awesome views? Please let me know!!

I hear Pittsburg is good at night...

Around the Rock and Roll hall of Fame which is on the river front downtown. It has a long dock area in the back too so you can get various pictures up and down the river, Museum and the buildings.

There's also museums in clevelend including a butterfly / Botanical Garden which is really nice.

Well you could try shooting the bridge over the Cuyahoga River and the skyline from the Flats District.
The West Side Market.
Playhouse square.
Cedar Point Amusement Park.

Use a very long lens and catch Detroit crumbling?

Any place where you can get water (reflections) into the foreground should be good.
