    It's not as visible at this size, but in the original it looks like the light rays blew up the clouds :mrgreen:

    The water here is no more than a couple inches deep. It's left over rain water in the desert. Again, it's the mineral deposits that give the ground a unique color.

    Robert, this one (and almost all of my landscapes) is with the Canon 17-85mm IS.

    cool shot, the sky and clouds must look amazing in the full size shot

    Well, as you are saying: it is not so easy to see, but I can see and from that guess at what it must look like in the high res version or as a print. Very nice. Another "genuine Woodsac". I think I should ask you if I could start a collection. Might be useful to have "genuine Woodsacs" later in life... who knows ;)

    ah...wood sac, love this... could stare at it for hours... this is just hard to describe.... i love the beauty of it...

    great shot..... i would be so proud of this one if i were you...
