Cockney looking Jam pot - Photoshop challenge

Hi All, so I am new to this site, and not sure if this is the type of thing people do. Long story short, there are a group of us and out group/team name is "Mean Jam LDN" (London), wierd name I know, I didn't pick it .

What I would like to do is get a team mascot/image of a pot of jam that has a mean looking face and looks Cockney (east London, ie. weargin something like a Flat Cap), in a cartoon style.

If anyone is bored or wants to have some fun at trying to make one for us, I would be very grateful.
