cold weather blues

what do you guys do at this time of year with phtography? I know go out and shoot in the cold but its so crappy out and burrrrrrrr. so what do you guys to keep up with shooting? im going to go out in the now snow soon. i am freezing just thinking about it.

right now i get bored and shoot out my dorm window.

Shoot wildlife, particularly birds. The activity increases in winter. But you need a good long lens.

i personally like going out and braving the elements. its a lot easier to walk in the woods and brush this time of year. no weeds and no bugs (and poison ivy shows up bright red so you can avoid it).

Bundle up, suck it up. My camera stuff is insured, if something happens to it, no big deal.

Finals and cold weather have definately been the main reasons i havent been shooting as much. only one week left til they're done though, im looking forward to some alone time with my camera...

I guess i will just have to bundle up and face the cold. Thanks for all the replies. I am very motivated this time of year all of a sudden. maybe its the snow!
