I was wondering, instead of slide film, what would you get if you ran regular film through a stereo camera and had prints made ?
Thanks for any insight on this.

You'd get prints that could be viewed with a stereoscope if properly paired up and mounted.

    Google "stereoscope"

This is how stereo photography was presented in the 1800s and early 1900s before slide film and stereo slide viewers became popular.
