Comments on Snowy evening?

Hi everyone. I took this on a snowy day we had last week. It’s completely unedited as yet. I quite like it, though am not very happy with it. A little too much path in the foreground I think. Would appreciate any suggestions or comments as to how it might be improved. I used a one-stop underexposure to try and capture the cloud formation and colour, and to try and stop the foreground snow becoming too overexposed.

I think it would work in a square format - crop the bottom thereby getting rid of some of the white path and more importantly some of the overpowering black which dominates the left-hand side of the frame at the moment.

It then gives you a nice 'rule of thirds' symmetry as well.

I do like the path leading off in the distance - really makes it!
