the highlights in the back are very distracting and our eyes wander there instead of on the young woman. You need to burn those down.
I can only agree with what Ann said about the bright lights in the background. Bright things invariably pull the eyes and distract from the subject.
It's a bit of a pity she never, not once, had contact with the viewer (i.e. was looking towards the camera).
