Are you asking if there is a line grid you can have visible in the viewfinder that shows you the scene in Thirds so you can compose properly? I'm not familiar with Canon cameras, but someone here will know the answer.

We have not heard that term, so we don't know exactly what you are asking.

If you mean the camera settings, that information is already attached to the file, and it is called "Exchangeable image file format", or EXIF for short.

If you mean notes on how you composed the shot, some cameras allow the user to write a note about that shot while it is still in the camera.
