Composition - Swamp Flower (Iris or Narcissus?))

This flower caught my eye on a recent shoot at a cypress swamp. Compositional critique, por favor... (Along with any other comments)

Closer crop on the flower?

Nikon F100, Ektachrome 100, Carl Zeiss Planar T 50mm./1.4 ZF

I think closer and fomr more of the top. I think the light green background is distracting and I think the composition would benefit from having more blades of grass in the frame, in focus or out of focus.

I will say this though, that's one of the best 35mm scans i've ever seen on here. If you had not mentioned Ektachrome, I would have though it was digital, very clean!
