I really like the POV, the shadows and reflections, and the blue monochrome really makes the pills pop (no pun intended ). The only problem I have is with the dark area on the upper right margin. I'd crop that puppy right out.

Edit: Just occurred to me maybe this wasn't an appropriate comment since this isn't the critique forum. I'm new, so if this is the case, just give a holler.
