Convention Photos & 8x10 printing HELP!

Howdy!

I put on conventions here in the Midwest, and we are starting to get celebrities signed up. Photos ops with celebrities is a big part of it and because we are a yearly show, I don't want to hire out the photography, I want to buy the equipment and do it in-house.

Questions I have:

1) Can anyone recommend a portable on-the-spot photo printer that will create 8x10 photos QUICKLY and PROFESSIONALLY and not break the bank?

2) Can anyone recommend a place that will produce custom backdrops?
