Converting 16-bit to 8-bit Help Please!

Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
Where in Photoshop does one find the ability to converte to 8-bit from a 16-bit master? Your help would be appreciated.
 
Under the Image menu, select Mode, then choose 8-bit
