    Its amazing how quick that feeding action really is - been caught out myself with too slow a shutter speed when taking shots of it - those head move so fast! Both look a little dark, like you were pushed for exposures in this case - a tricky thing.
    Might be worth risking selectivly brightening around the eye of the first shot - just to bring it out of the blackness a little more.
