Couldn't find the Marsh - Settled for God Rays

    honestly i like them all but i wish number three had some God rays in it! just wondering did you use a polarizer?

    Thanks. I got the God Rays close to home and stopped as I was driving to the marsh. You can't pass up that kind of opportunity. I have my polarizer on for 90% of my landscape shots and definitely on when shooting the sky.

    It actually rained while I was gone, so I guess the clouds were building up a bit as I was leaving. The barn shot was about an hour later (and an hour further north) so it was beyond the cool clouds, unfortunately. I just didn't want to go home empty handed. I actually tried several angles to see if I could get the setting sun rays to peek through the slats in the barn. I think there is too much stuff inside to let that happen.
