hmm. i really like this. the leaves are pretty. i love split rail fences.
but i think it could look better if you took the shot from more to the left. closer the the fence post.
maybe sitting on the ground.
almost in a straight line with the fence.
does that make sense?

The first thing I noticed is the over-exposed highlights, which really takes away from a photo's appeal. Fix some stuff in photoshop and it will look much better.

agree with the over-exposure. Maybe you can crop a bit, lets say, start the pic at the middle of the first pole. Think that part on the left is the most over-exposed part of the pic. You can also play with the contrast and saturation a bit.
Its a cool pic though, just have to tweak it a bit
