Oooh, I LOVE native art from the Pacific Northwest! Most times when I'm shooting abstract, I don't have a clue why certain lines attract me more than others and make pull the trigger. In this particular case, maybe this was what influenced the shot. Thanks much for posting that link.

Thanks very much, Al-Wazeer! Someone from another forum pointed out that an area of the photo was overexposed, and he really was right –see below. Don't know how I missed that, but good to see I was not the only one! ;)

I didn't notice that!
But I think you had to, to get the details in the front, so you can call this area collateral damage hehe :p
