Covert

So I'm going to Nairobi and Rio De Janeiro for some shoots. Needless to say they are not safe places (Some parts are safe I know but not where I'm going).

I'm planning to get a covert bag for my gear on these trips. I'm thinking of an old army bag that I'll beat up and inside I'll have a top-loading pelican case with the lid off. I may need waterproof in case of heavy rains so pelican's a good bet. I was also thinking of beating the hell out of a Domke.

Any ideas?
