    Nice image, but I find the tilted water horizon distracting.

    Well spotted.
    Maybe a crop up from bottom leftto place the Elk in the lower left third might compose the picture better.?

    With a bit of straightening, cropping (to better the overall composition) and slight play with the levels this can become a really good photo! The motif is very nicely spotted and the inclusion of the reflection is very pleasing.
