    I think this is a seagull.. he was hanging out with other seagulls, but he looked pretty different than them. But you know what they say, you get judged by the company you keep.

    Not sure if it is a gull. Maybe, but it looks a tad different. Nice capture though.

    Thats a seagull, definately, same kind thats at my beach. Some have more brown than others. Nice picture though! Those things can be stupid!
    p.s. It a Herring Gull. Only the kind with the brown feathers.
