I like the last one best. The use of the ND4 and CP is what is creating the steam/mist in the shots and making it look out of focus. You probably dont need both of them stacked to be honest. I know the CP filter also cuts down on light coming into the lens as well. I believe I have heard by as much as two stops.

Love the last picture, it almost looks like its not real.
