The reflection is killer...really ghastly. What's up with the softness?

I think its my hosting site that is making them look like this

How could I improve the "softness"

Ok I think i fixed the noise problem

I like the first one best, it looks more downcast and sad. The rest her facial expression is not very good, but thats a model thing not a photographer thing, it just draws away from the picture for me, wheras the first doesn't look as bad.
And I too love the reflextion, it definatly adds.
