In this situation, I would catch a little more of the sky, and a little les of the water.

Too true: less water, and don't let it leak out of the lefthand side of your photo (in other word: what I see first and then almost only is the tilted horizon).
But just leave it here in Critique...

I lovelovelove the cloud formation but I agree about the too much water thing. Great colors though!
