Curious swan poses for me

Out on a side quest of sorts and wound up at Gallup Park in Ann Arbor, MI. Standing there on the riverbank taking pics of whatever, I noticed a swan had wandered nearby and startied taking pics of it. To my surprise it started swimming closer to me, stopping only where the ice sheet hadn't melted off the shore. It stared, looked me over a bit, appeared to pose, then turned around and left.

I had really hoped these would come out ok as I was using the Canon 75-300 kit lens.

#3 and 4 turned out especially well, and no purple artifacting. It's a good set.
