This little fella was actually taking nuts out of our hands just before this shot, it walked over to the middle of the lawn and stood still while i took it, it must have been payment for the nuts.

thanks guys, and yes LRj they are supposed to be classed as rodents, they are known as "rats with bushy tails" but they do'nt carry any more diseases than any other animal, and do'nt live down sewers, they are forest and woodland dwellers. The red squirrel is actually a protected species, IMO beautiful creatures, thanks.
