Anyway, im posting this again, because i had some nice comments on it and i never got to say thanks for that.

And thats a pretty nasty way to die, if you ask me. I dont know how the bird did it, but it probably fell straight in. The wings got stuck in the hole too, so there wasnt much it could have done.

Does the DDT stand for something auf Deutsch? Or does it refer to the pesticide?

I dont know if it means the same auf Deutsch, cause im Dutch
But we have DDT here too and i dont think its very good for the wildlife.
But this DDT is part of a poem. Its a piece of art where the letters "float" on the water. Its something about life or something.

The irony captured in the letters DDT along with this dead bird ... and all the letters really being part of a poem on life is enormous.
And it does make one curious to know how the bird managed to get stuck there and like this!? Maybe it died a natural death beforehand and fell down dead?
