D50 vertical grip?

I've seen a few non Nikon variants on Ebay. Has anyone tried any of these, and if so your thoughts?

Also has anyone heard of Nikon offering one soon?

I doubt Nikon will offer one. I wish they would, I have two D70's that would love one for Christmas.

As for the aftermarket one's...All I've heard is from people who bought them then shipped them back for a refund. Pretty cheaply made.
