I feel DXOMark should normalize the test results to 16mpx to give more justice to lower mpx cameras

Well, according to their article from 2009,and their current chart explanatory info panel (hover mouse over to reveal the info panel) they normalize to 8 megapixels which is roughly a 12 x 8 inch print at 300 dpi.

I wonder how they could normalize a 24mpx crop sensor vs a 24mpx FF sensor basing on 8mpx. The pixel density is totally different in both sensors. I think my original idea of 16mpx is also flawed if pixel density is considered.
