D800 Video Settings Help

Hey everyone i was wondering what are the best settings for video on a nikon d800 i will be shooting a little bit of video with my d800 and i wanted the video to come out 1080p and very clear i do have some good lighting that im using when shooting the video. thank you all for your responds and helping me out.
