Daddy Long Leg.....stealth style

    I stared in this guy's general direction for a good 10 minutes before I noticed him hanging there. He blended in quite well. I know you can't see his "face" but I still thought the shots were pretty neat.

    Great quality of light. What was the background? Was it just dark or did you place something behind to get get the dark BG?

    Thanks Mike. Actually the background was more of the same plant and a wooded area but I used 1/500th and F/18 which blackened everything that didn't get hit with the flash. I was laying on the ground shooting up for this shot which made no other portions of the plant directly close behind this area....that helped keep the background dark too.
