Half of me likes this, and half of me doesn't. Is it because the subject isn't totally in focus? Or the bright blue blurs around each 'figure'? I don't know. C&C?

It just needed a square crop, more blur, and a frame. Nice image with just a little work...

I concur that the crop helps. I also think it would be better with more contrast between the dandelion and the background (making the background darker).
