I like how you caught the motion of the flags in #2. #5 is by far the best...at least to me. I've always wondered what it'd look like to do a prolonged exposure on a fountain....I guess I'll wonder no more.

Very well done...!!!
I was in DC, in early December and did a lot of night shooting. I found it better to shoot at night then in the day. The lighting on the monuments were spectacular.
