decision on lighting/flashing?

Hi not to sure what flashes to go for with my situation. I have a CyberSync Trigger Transmitter and Trigger Receiver's i want to run two flashes on stands to throw my light. What would be a good flash but not spending to much money.

The Lumopro LP120 and the Vivitar 285HV. $130 and $90 respectively.

They're about the cheapest manual flashes you'll find new. If you want to look at something with more adjustability, you can look at use Nikon SB flashes.
