    Here are a couple quick photos of the wildflowers blooming in the desert about 15 miles from my house. I plan to go back in the morning for a real session.

    Wow, so much colour where I expected to see dry and dark soil. Both are lovely shots. In the first my eye seems to move upwards, as if I'm standing there looking at the hill ahead that I have to climb.

    I hope to see more pics of this beautiful spot.

    You just got me even more stoked about my trip with this set. I think I'll make that left turn at Albequerque.
