Dharmikarama Burmese Temple - Oldest Buddhist Temple

Picture from my recent visit to Penang first and oldest Buddhist temple - Dharmikarama Burmese Temple. It was built in 1803 (over 205 years of history).

It was damn hot day. Nonetheless, I have to agree with you, the temple is an amazing place to be. There is a HUGE gold plated Buddha statue, some traditional 3D paintings and lots of historical religous relics.

Wow - very cool capture... I'll second that it must have been a great experience indeed!
