    A few of one of my favourite river birds, theese can sometimes be spotted along fast flowing shallow rivers.

    These are all very nice, but with the exception of #2 and 3, the focus is off. It seems like you were using auto focus (?) and it focused on the water instead of the bird.

    Thanks guys, I appreciate theese are not my best photos' technically, but I thought the interest in the bird and its behaviour were worth showing, they are pretty shy birds , so everything was a slight rush.
