Consider ditching this. More often than not a disagree demands explanation.
If you're going to explain why you disagree, just reply to the thread. If you're not, the silent disagree will be seen as snide, often as not.
It seems to be more of a low level acrimony generator than anything else.
The Agree control seems to be fine, though.
